If you want to lose out on getting the most you can for your house and deal with these folks helping out your buyer(why would they help you the seller since they get a SET fee) by all means hire them. I was bored to tears hearing how our Rep had a tenant once that he chose to hire a mover to remove her property...turned out she only had a bean bag chair. You came off exactly the way you are, a greedy & arrogant creep.
I'm happy to say I had a great experience with Mary at Homeowner's Concept. I was selling my first house and found the experience a little nerve-wracking, but her experience put my mind at ease. She walked me through the entire process end to end, helped me stage my house, and ultimately got my house sold! The paperwork process was easy, most of the signing was online. Closing took all of 20 minutes. I'd refer her to anyone.
Homeowners Concept is a wonderful company with smart, professional and experienced agents! I listed my condo with them and it sold in under three days! I also saved a lot of money from their low commission. I don't know why anyone would use a different company. I could not have been happier!
I like the fact that Homeowners Concept has licensed realtors who uses new technology which saves me time. For example, I signed electronically when I signed the buyer's contract without leaving my home on my busy schedule. Each day I had new listings delivered directly to my email. When I listed my condo in Pewaukee the realtor kept me realistic with the listing price by comparing all the "comps" in my neighborhood.
