Wanted to take a moment and echo the other poor reviews posted here. I’m an owner at the Spire Condominium and have had this management company imposed on us through an ineffective board. The combination is simply disastrous and would encourage any buyer to look at other properties managed by established top tier companies. Absolutely the worst condo management company I have ever experienced. Stay away from this group.
This company is useless. Their staff area lazy, non-responsive to homeowner concerns and complete failures at maintaining properties.
