I called for a service technician to come out and check my furnace because it kept shutting down, mind you the furnace is still under warranty. The guy said he would be there at a certain time. Didn't show up at all. Called back. No answer. The worst company ever.
Jeff Hensen provided incorrect information, quote and damage to my furnace and central air-condition unit. His original proposal indicated I needed a NEW furnace and central air-condition unit at the cost of 8,523.00. Hence, I secured a second opinion who found a part missing from my furnace as well as wires disconnected. Great Company, Hard Workers!
Horrible service. Long story short, I had a furnace installed a few years back by them and seemed to be doing well. They upsold me to a 2 stage furnace saying it would heat the home more efficiently. Couple years later I had a maintenance check by one of their servicemen, he told me that I'm not getting the 2 stage function out of my furnace because my thermostat is a 1 stage. Absolutely HORRIBLE service! Jeff Hanson and crew tried to upsell us things we did not use. He charged us over 600.00 for doing NOTING but tearing apart our air conditioner, encouraging us to file an insurance claim, and taking out the circuit board on the furnace. For two entire days we were without air conditioning as Jeff and crew stated they could not fix it and we needed an entirely new unit.
