**** BUYER BEWARE !!! *** This company – HomeOver- buys distressed houses at very low prices – makes them look pretty – and puts them on the market at very high prices as though they are premium homes!! They do not live in them and - if there are any unknown problems that can only be discovered by moving into them and living there for awhile – they therefore are not disclosed at closing – and only later discovered by the unsuspecting new home owner!!
