The agent named Surian Mylvaganam is such a TERRIBLE AGENT. He DOES NOT know the basic LAWS and do not obey Residential Tenancies Act. He does not return my key deposit after I return the keys. Avoid this agent!!! Go find someone else who knows and follows the laws to deal with your house.
Professional and competent, are two words that I would NEVER use to describe Mr.Francis Joseph. He called me up and started yelling at me in a language that I don't understand. Obviously he had the wrong number. So I hung up on him. He then kept on calling me so I just let it go to voicemail. Thought he'd be smart enough to figure out that he was calling the wrong person once he heard my outgoing message. NOPE... guess I gave the man too much credit. In response to Meili Li's review of yours truly, Shami Maharaj. It bewilders me that one can take years out of their life like I have, being honest and building a trustworthy professional reputation, only for a sad, sour and uncooperative tenant to try to ruin that, and further, get to post her fabrications for the world to see. No doubt Meili and I didn't get along, but that was only because I was acting in my client's best interest - as I always do! - and not her selfish interests.
