Rudest and most arrogant realtor to ever encounter in an open house! Visited the house yesterday in Vaughan and this guy/ his associate had absolutely no courtesy to host or to speak politely. Listed poor seller's property at >30% haircut from the last sold price, but still acting like god! Ample realtors out there. Least a realtor could do is to be polite! Trust a local guide- Turn away from this guy
