I had a great experience here. Casey was our agent and he was professional the entire way through. He returned calls and texts quickly, showed up prepared for every appointment, and kept us informed at each step so we were never left guessing about what came next. He was patient with all our questions, and when we needed a straight answer he gave us one. It made a stressful process a lot easier than we expected. If you're looking for an agent, ask for Casey :)
Do not waste your time going with this agency. They literally don’t care about you as a person but only your money and making commission. JANANAN (Jay) RANJITHAN tried to have me rent a place without me seeing the place before I move on. He kept on brushing it off until the move in date was close. Their agent was totally unprofessional with his conduct, had no value to other realtor / tenant’s time or efforts, totally unresponsive and careless
Agents have no respect of tenants who are living thru the buying process.
