I would like to warn everyone against ordering from this company. It may be a bit more money to spend with other more reputable places-( Ex. Wayfair, overstock, RoomstToGo, American furniture) but believe me the hassle and incompetence you will experience with this company ISNT worth the extra hundred that you would save.
Poor Customer Service. Ordered Dining table but delayed multiple times. Should state on site delivery times or stop listing items with long delivery times.
They need to advertise furniture that is in stock and ready to go. I ordered a sectional in December of 2020, and it on backorder until February 2021.
Recommendedconsistently outstanding customer service. my order (an item on backorder) arrived defective at their warehouse and they found me another one from a cancellation. shipping was arranged for my convenience. all three employees I interacted with were courteous and professional. great experience!
Customer service is rude and their return policy and shipping are ridiculous. I will never purchase from here again or recommend this business to anyone.
I would never recommend! I will never purchase again anything from home element. Your customer service is ridiculously horrible and I purchased two barstools and they want to give me less than half the price to return it when I was unhappy with the product.
They did the same thing to me as reported by Lauren. I ordered three barstools in March 2017. Several emails followed advising me of delays in the shipping date. I called customer service and was told to expect shipping date no later than June 30. Instead, I received two more emails announcing shipping delays. Finally, when they told me no delivery until late a July ( if even then), I cancelled. Since I paid in advance, I gave them an interest free loan for 4 months. RUN, DONT WALK AWAY!
Not happy at all with this company. If there is a chance you might like what you buy, don't do business with them. I ordered a 2500.00 dining room set and it does not go with my cherry china cabinet. It did say in the description that it was cherry veneer. I have tried returning it and they will not accept. Also when it arrived it had a two inch scratch on the table edge and they called it a bump. They did send a tech out to fix the scratch. Also this set has two arm chairs and four side chairs.
