A fairly priced service back in the day
Wouldn't recommend to no body
They were good up until they weren’t.
Terrible waste of time. Made two appointments, both times they cancelled. The second time they called me at the time of my appointment and said the cleaner wasn't coming. They want me to pay $50 cancellation fee, but when they cancel with no notice, all they offer is excuses.
I wish I could rate Homejoy a 0 In just a couple of months I've experienced multiple no-call/no-shows, rescheduled 4 times within one week because of scheduling errors, conflicts, no-call/no-shows. Have scheduled appointments with Homejoy and they either never found a cleaner or they scheduled a cleaner who never called, never showed, and didn't answer texts or phone calls.
