Tony and the crew did amazing work. Made all my custom requests happen and did it all pretty dang close to budget. My bathroom is now a place I enjoy and not one I dread having to clean. Tony was super responsive, and the communication was excellent.
In it for themselves. As property managers they make excuses for major cracks as foundation settling. The garage, under sinks and fence were falling apart. Constantly had neighbor dogs in our yard due to holes. We had roaches and mice issues that were told to the landlord and nothing done, instead we spent the money to try and take care of the influx, taking the deposit and blaming it on a dog smell vs what the real issues were. I have used Pat for a complete kitchen remodel, multiple bathroom remodels, interior/exterior painting, electrical, and an extensive patio addition that includes an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. You will not find a more quality, responsive, and trustworthy group of guys out there. I can not speak highly enough about my experiences and will continue to use Pat and recommend him to others in the future.
I had Pat come out to give me a bid on a total remodel of our kitchen. Pull carpet from living rooms, dining room and hallway. Remove wallpaper (from all those areas) remove beams in a living room and replace a few closet doors and install a new front door and screen. He was upfront, honest and reasonable. We received a bid and a timeframe right away and the work was great! I have recommended them to several friends, and will have them back out again for our next projects!
