I've always been a big fan of HomeGoods, but this location is lacking in the customer service arena. I attempted to make a return or exchange for a defective item (that was $25) but was told I had to contact the manufacturer in order to find a resolution. That was it, no further assistance. Didn't even help me with the manufacturer's information. Well stocked but one of the messiest Homegoods I have ever been in. Will not return.
