I had such an amazing experience with Brittany at HomeGoods! She was genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful, and welcoming people I’ve come across while shopping. She went above and beyond to help me, had the BEST attitude, and made the entire experience so easy and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about the customers she’s helping and takes pride in what she does. Customer service like hers is seriously hard to find these days!! HomeGoods is lucky to have her. Give Brittany a raise!!! 🩷

The store has plenty of product, the checkout is usually smooth. However, they need to adjust their pet policy. The past 4 times i have visited the store, there have been several small dogs (pets, not working dogs) yipping, going up and sniffing other shoppers, and causing disturbances. 2 weeks ago, there was a medical working dog with it’s handler when another shopper and their small pet started growling and barking at the service animal. 5 stars for the product. 2 Stars for the staff. I don’t want to stand in line while the staff refills bags and refuses to help ring up the growing line. Also when you are stocking the product, maybe don’t bang it around with no regard for damage.
