This place has no idea how to treat their customers. Annie is the absolute worst, I used to have a credit card with them, but closed it immediately after an interaction with her. Avoid at all costs!
Unbelievably bad experience — HomeGoods just lost a loyal customer for good. I visited the store on June 30th around 7:45–8:00 PM to return a set of three picture frames I had just purchased. They were sealed in the box, but when I opened them at home, one of the frames was detached and the glass was completely shattered — something that couldn’t be seen through the packaging at the time of purchase.
