I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this HomeGoods location was unacceptable. I visited the store to return a few items, and during the transaction, the employee assisting me, Ebony, repeatedly made comments about my accent. The remarks made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. Never leave empty handed.. even if I try. It could be an ice tray.
Very disappointed with my experience at the HomeGoods on Olympic Blvd. While shopping, I briefly stepped away from my cart to look at a candle. When I turned around, my cart, with several items I intended to purchase, had disappeared. I asked multiple employees for help, but no one seemed interested in assisting or even trying to locate it.
