While the staff is for the most part sweet, they are completely untrained. 2 different people told me 2 different things about how to use a HOMEGOODS digital gift card. Manager couldn't even figure out how to use it. They lost a $356 sell because I finally just walked out. Gonna complain to corporate.
As a designer I shop at stores all over the country and I have never seem a Home Goods with such clear paths. Organized, accesible, easy and fun to shop! And properly staffed NO LONG LINES! I went in there 4 days in row at different times. Beyond impressed
