Today I had an extremely frustrating experience at the HomeGoods in Knightdale, NC. I went in to purchase a gift bag that had an apple design on it for my son’s teacher for an upcoming open house. When I brought it to the register, the cashier, Colleen, insisted that she could not ring up the item unless I placed it inside a plastic bag. She explained that this was due to “high theft rates” and that she had to ensure I walked out with my bag in another bag. Milagrose (I think I am saying her name wrong) but this cashier was such an angel and wonderful I need to point her out. I love home goods and this is the best one in Raleigh!
Why have 7 cash registers if you’re only going to open one and make everyone wait in line? There are currently 10 people in line and only one register open. Poor Point of sale Service
