As a first time home buyer, I was a bit overwhelmed and stressed out when I first started my search. Luckily, I met Jeff early on in my search and he made the process smooth and easy. He guided me step by step and would answer e-mails and phone calls at any time of the day, including weekends. He was honest with his approach and was able to find me a great place I now call home.

Jeff did a great job when my wife and I were looking to build a new home. He helped us find a lot and a great builder. He worked with the builder to keep costs in line and made sure we were happy. When it came time to sell our town home, Jeff went the extra mile. At one point, he was on the floor in a tight spot fixing our tub. Now that's customer service. Jeff makes sure he understands your needs and ensures the process is as painless as possible. I highly recommend Jeff and Homegevity.

Jeff Lundquist is the man! He found us a dream first home in Minnetonka. Played hardball during the negotiation process and got us a great deal on a place we will be at for many years to come. Always was available to chat even late at night and always willing to meet our needs. Along with great advice for us, being first time home buyers. Thanks a bunch and highly recommend!!
