I don’t understand these 5 star reviews.This firm has cost us $15,000 dollars so far in repairs that he didn’t catch. In the five months since his inspection, we’ve had to replace one of our two AC units, add a vent and an air return. We still have yet to fix many valves and heads on our sprinkler system and fix a major plumbing issue in our kitchen. He also didn’t note a window that was boarded up. David did a great job, he is very professional, kept me updated, and went over everything that needed repaired, David contacted me after the repairs were made. Provided pictures and a new report.
