The people who manage these rental properties are very incompetent and the customer service is poor. They blame the tenants for things that were previously damaged. also,when you need a repair they take a long time and send cheap and incompetent people. I paid almost $ 2500 in deposit and they only returned a little more than a thousand dollars.
Tina Spencer and Jennifer Smith provided the most incredible customer service I have ever received. I worked with them for nearly a year in trying to find the perfect home, and they never let me get discouraged. It was their confidence, diligence and efforts that finally paid off and my family and I now own the home of my dreams!
