Excellent, professional service. I have been using Homefront for 2 years with multiple properties and they have been wonderful. Even when issues inevitably arise, they clearly communicate and address the matters timely.
Ryan and his team went above and beyond helping ensure our property was taken care of through multiple renters. When we decided to finally sell our home, Ryan walked us through process and explained different things we could do to increase sale price. During closing, he was meticulous in reviewing documents and caught added charges from buyer agent saving us over $1,000. I would recommend Ryan and his team to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell their homes. I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises.
Wouldn’t trust a company who posted vacations and fun when you’re asking for updates on an emergency. And after reviewing other similar issues with Mr. McKelvey and associates, it’s obvious the organization is unprofessional at best. This is the Ted Cruz of property management.
They do not return calls to see available units. I posted a note online and left two messages. After no reply I asked another agent to show me one of the rentals. The place was not rent-able. No telling how long the power had been off. The house wreaked of mold and mildew and the fridge needed to be fumigated. Void...
