I’ve had two rental properties managed by Homefront for the past few years, and while things started off well, the quality of service has declined significantly over the last year. They do not return calls to see available units. I posted a note online and left two messages. After no reply I asked another agent to show me one of the rentals. The place was not rent-able. No telling how long the power had been off. The house wreaked of mold and mildew and the fridge needed to be fumigated. Void...
Ryan and his team were extremely helpful. When we switched to Homefront Property, we got a detailed home inspection and they helped us navigate repairs in a timely manner. When we decided to no longer use the property management side of the business and switch to selling the home, Ryan helped us get it on the market within a couple days and in contract within six days. Chelsie was so nice to work with! She showed us a house she had listed and got us in to look at it immediately and was very accommodating with our time frame!
