I filled out an application and the pet screen as directed by Chris Biediger for the initial property we had applied/taken interest. After collecting both of our credit screens (150$) and the 90$ in pet screening fees, he informed us it was not available. Wouldn't he have check this before he took our money/time? Second house, he did a virtual showing as we are a military family and were out of state. Great experience with Ryan, Chris, and the rest of the team for our first home rental. They took care of everything that needed to be fixed, which was a huge help as we had to move quickly and leave everything as-is. The whole process was fast, efficient, and completely hands-off on our end. They secured a great tenant and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. Highly recommend!
