When we 1st move into the house, the day of, the lock box didn't work & we couldn't get in the house. I sat on the front porch for 2 hours calling them and couldn't get in touch with nobody. I have my kids with me and we couldn't get in contact with NOBODY! I mean I was leaving messages and calling numbers that apparently didn't have nothing to do with the company that was listed. 0 stars HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. I AM ALSO GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BBB, THEY ARE THIEVES, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE TENANTS AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! I AM GOING TO BLAST THEM TO EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA THERE IS UNTIL I GET JUSTIFICATION!!!!
The people are nice for the most part, but seem to never be in the office during office hours. Return calls take hours and sometimes even longer, with the responses curt at times. The property I rent from them is in adequate condition but their choice of maintenance for both home repairs and HVAC issues are below par as they typically “half-ass” their repairs.
