Greasy realtor. He employs a relative that is.. lets say, disgusting (See court of appeals 320929) or Look up the people of MI vs ferrier in Muskegon. I bought a house he listed despite his best efforts to prevent that. He refused to answer the phone, willingly drug his feet and allowed the owner to slip into forclosure so that a relative of his could try to get it at a lower price at the last minute. He put his coworker/friend in our house as a land contract.
