In our initial contacts, Jeff went out of his way to make sure our concerns were addressed and shared his expertise to help us make the best decisions for our deck. He provided the lowest quote and seemed the most experienced of several contractors we contacted, although the quote seemed very arbitrary (no breakdown of costs, etc).
