Lewis Apartment Communities violates the Fair Housing Act and takes advantage of elderly tenants. Do not rent here. They tell you one thing and then send you a bill for another. Do not trust them!
My experience in these apartments where terrible. RAFAELA the manager is very unprofessional. She says that they do not accept animals but at night she disguises herself to put food in bowls in front of the office for the cats but not only cats would come to eat the food but raccoons as well and when you would have to go do laundry the raccoons would get very aggressive with you and chase you. When you leave the apartment she scams you with the deposit money saying that you left the apartment dirty and everything she can thi... read more

Nice area, always kept clean, neighbors are quiet
I love living here! The staff is very friendly. Monique is the bomb! She made the move in process smooth and accommodating. Maintenance does a great job with grounds keeping and whatever requests we may have. There is so much to do without having to leave the community. They have several events throughout the month where you get to mingle and meet your neighbors! We’ve lived in a few places in SoCal but this one is by far my favorite!
