THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. It's as if they are trying to make things difficult for you. We have listed several of our rentals on MLS via Homecoin listing service and rented them without problems. Agents and prospects contacted us - the owners - directly, we scheduled showings and did all paperwork ourselves. Our phone number and email were forwarded to callers via AI assistant. Very helpful platform, service is available via email, changes to listings could be ordered online. Recommended! Real estate agents need to chill and understand that they do not rule the market. I was determined to sell my own home, without the help of a traditional agent. There are some great forums and videos out there. I chose Homecoin after hearing the CEO on a podcast. The sign-up and support were great. I needed a bit of advice on one topic and selected the $149/hour rate, which connected me with a real live agent licensed in my state, which answered my questions via email and phone in the allocated hour. We listed our home in early April 2026 and closed in late May 2026. I would use this company again.
Scammer company I didn't use their service and a month later I found out they charged my credit card $99. It's wrong and unethical.
what a joke- tried to schedule a showing on a $300k home in Omaha NE and Seller was very uncoperative, did not know anything about selling real estate, listed sold as is not allowing a an inspection, wont repair anything- nothing like raising a red flag, did not fill out property discosure correctly, this is a property that would have sold in a day had they listed w/ a professional broker instead it has been sitting on the market for 4 months because of incompetence.
