Example, clients I have had are extremely annoyed when they think a single family home is in their price range and come to find out, it is a townhome or condo. Can’t reach any one in customer service when needed. To much back and fourth, it’s been 4 days emailing them and no progress. I’m going with a company that charges double but will have the property listed same day.
