They literally argue with you about your own property information and everything takes days to almost a week to resolve. Email support comes across rude and snippy and getting a phone call is like pulling teeth. What a headache. They also messed up the listing multiple times. Say you have to sign forms when I already have and submitted multiple times. Wrong person to contact listed. Wrong property amounts entered. Exhausting !!! Do not recommend.
