I bought a few homes, so I kinda knew the process. With the help of AI, I was able to build a list of the required things and used Homecoin to list the house. No need to pay thousands of dollars to 'real estate agents' to sell, if you have common sense.

I discovered Homecoin through a Reddit recommendation. I wanted a flat fee service just to get my home listed on the MLS. Their rate of $95 fit the bill. They offer other great services for additional fees, but in my hot housing market, I didn't think I would need them. I was right. Very frustrating. I’m a builder so I understand the process. 1) you will only be on MLS at least in the Atlanta area, and not on FMLS. Most agents use FMLS. I had agents tell me that their client found our house on Zillow. The agent didn’t find it. 2) your contact information will be in the notes. Homecoin contact info is in the listing. Not all agents read the notes and I don’t think anyone responds to inquires to the homecoin number. One agent told me they had to drive to the house to get our number.
