what a joke- tried to schedule a showing on a $300k home in Omaha NE and Seller was very uncoperative, did not know anything about selling real estate, listed sold as is not allowing a an inspection, wont repair anything- nothing like raising a red flag, did not fill out property discosure correctly, this is a property that would have sold in a day had they listed w/ a professional broker instead it has been sitting on the market for 4 months because of incompetence.
Lots of listings details were inaccurate even after requesting changes. We had 4 parking spots, they put 1. I didn’t like this system where a their realtor chooses what to include in your listing. They claim you can make any changes, but in the end they handle your listing as they please. Try a different company that is more flexible.
Listing a house at a discount is cool, but trying to get somebody on the phone here is waaay too difficult. If you call 10 times, expect to get an answer MAYBE once. Also, when you finally do get someone, they aren't always the most friendly (from my experience)
This has been very frustrating. The biggest problem is they wont communicate with you. This is going to the 5th day I have been trying to get this listed. I had everything done by day 2 and they claim they are checking with NRED to make sure you can use one broker to list for sell, and another to list to rent. Its on google that you can and how long can it take to call NRED. I have cleared this with our realtor. But anyway, this should have addressed day one and now they claim they wont return our money. Oh my! It has been a great opportunity to get my property listed, on Homecoin! No worries or the expense of listing with a real estate company.
