Nick conducted himself in such a professional, yet personable manner that I really enjoyed the inspection. He answered all my questions, provided expert opinion from his former trades as a licensed plumber and HVAC installer. He was everything buyers want in an inspector. Just had Tate from HomeChek out to do a roof inspection after a new metal roof installation. Super nice guy. Did a great job documenting the installation work, complete with photos, drone images, and recommendations.
Tate always does a thorough job with his inspections and takes his time to explain the details to the buyers.
Matt was incredible! He was extremely thorough with our inspection and took additional time to help me make my own notes and offered some great advice on how to best maintain our home. Our new home is providing us with a lot of “firsts” like our first pool and heat pump system and he provided clear, helpful explanations of how to best service every system. Matt immediately felt trustworthy and honest and we were so appreciative of his time and expertise!
