Inspectors were very friendly and answered all our questions. They were very thorough and made sure we understood which items were crucial to mitigate and which were more routine.
Meticulous inspection . Explained every thing along the way. Was open to any and all questions. Provided detailed and extensive report. Would greatly recommend to anyone searching for home inspection services.
Could not verify AC unit due to weather. Then why should i pay full price. Didn't do much more than i could have. Money would have been better spent getting a HVAC person.
