HomeCare Hub was the exact service I needed when it came to checking in on my elderly father in his last few months. They connected me to a dedicated agency within my price range, and oversaw everything going forward. When I was released from hospital in wheelchair and needed a place that could accommodate my needs, Homecare Hub provided a great place for my recovery. Amy and Jeremy were very helpful throughout my stay, always promptly addressing any of my questions or concerns. All staff were kind, courteous and responsive to all of my needs. Many thanks to the Homecare Hub team for providing an excellent environment which allowed me to relax and focus on my recovery.
Our family has been using Homecare Hub since January, 2023, and I can't say enough great things about them. We reached out to them looking to get someone to help us care for our mom, and they matched us with someone who has been a perfect fit for her. Christine is absolutely incredible. She is very loving, caring, reliable and professional. She gives up time with her own family to help us care for one of ours. We will never be able to thank Christine, or Homecare Hub, enough for that. I highly recommend their services.
This company illegally evicted me. Changed my locks when I went to hospital. Plus, the PSW Stephanie K, has zero understanding of Brain Injury patients. The home itself had no emergency exit, no opening windows and was extremely small. The lack of safety and compassion from the worker was evident my entire stay. They also would not respect my appointment times, constantly coming in without knocking or any notice. I wish I remained homeless instead of wasting my money on this circus.
