If I could share 0 stars I would- I work as an assistant property manager and this service is not good for your residents.. It takes 40 minutes just to sync fobs or longer thats not considering if you are at a property where you are exposed to outside and you are traveling up stairs in the heat or in the rain. The service makes the whole community that I work for look bad. WORSE door processing service. EVER.
Absolutely terrifying how long it takes to admit someone to home care. The most ludicrous questions. Every question asking who answered the question, patient, caregiver, medical professional. On and on and on. System is not inuitive at all. Must enter vital signs to move forward on a in home pronouncement visit. 😳 soooo, I guess I’ll try and get vitals buttttt........I’ve used systems in 2012 that were more advanced and smarter than this. Here we are 2020 and seems like a giant leap backwards. Must have one hell of a market... read more
