We’ve used their service for months now. The therapists that come out have been kind, pretty thorough, informative and sweet. The nurses truly could care less and are only involved when time comes to start and renew services. VERY POOR communication with scheduling and a total lack of care from the office staff. I would NOT recommend this service in the Western Maryland area. Makes caring for someone more stressful then it already can be.
