Great work, got my last two mortgages with their help, both VA loans. Very very supportive and knowledgeable, helped in situation I did not think they could on the 1st loan and in the 2nd loan helped negotiate a terrible appraisal. These ladies can get the job done for you. Will go to them again and/or gladly recommend them!!!
Kathy was excellent to work with to get our mortgage, I would recommend her whole team at Prospect Mortgage. They always gave prompt responses to anytime we emailed or called them with questions.
Have done two VA loans thru the Loan Ladies and both transactions were flawless and entire staff was helpful and patient dealing with my questions. One transaction was a particularly difficult tiered VA Loan that I wasn't even aware was possible, but Kathy was extremely knowledgeable about VA Loans and made the process painless. Would highly recommend Loan Ladies.
