Steve Minkow is THE BEST I have worked with. He took us on after another lender (Prosperity) had dragged our loan out for 45 days and ultimately couldn't get it done. With the clock ticking, he pulled off a miracle and got us approved and funded within 2 1/2 weeks. He was professional, pleasant to work with, and empathic.
