This agency, meant to help us here at home is a collosal mess and disappointment. Still, it is all we have. It suffers from horribly poor management and waste of resources. While most of the personnel exercise a genuine attitude of helping us, their efforts are indeed demoloshed at worst and hindered at best by their supervisors who mostly want to just fill in staffing "joles". Question is can a homebridge worker be left alone in an apartment when a tenant has a visitor but the tenant leaves out from the property And the worker is left alone with the guest of the tenant
My grandma is certainly receiving caregiving service from homebridge. Her caregiver is named Olivia. 10/10 would not recommend her because I found her sleeping while taking care of my grandmother. My grandmother was also not properly bathed nor well feed.
