Newer property 5 years old very clean and well maintained.
We had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, well maintained and very organized. A special thanks to Syeda who really went out of her way to help us. When we checked in late, there was a small mix-up with our room and she personally stepped in and sorted everything out within minutes. She also helped us arrange a last-minute uber and made sure we had everything we needed for the next morning. You could tell that the staff genuinely cares about guests. Spacious and comfortable rooms! Very friendly staff and most importantly; pet friendly! My dog is very welcome there!
My fiancé and I stayed here for a quick get away! The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel manager named Mary was very professional and excellent in Custer appreciation and customer satisfaction. The rooms were perfect, clean, and quiet. The bed was also comfy as we got a great night sleep. This hotel is close enough to Washington DC as you can stay here and drive to Springfield to ride the metro. Such a comfortable and relaxing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The hotel had a warm, home like feeling, and the room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything from the check-in to the overall service was smooth and pleasant. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again
