This was very easy to find off of I90. Plenty of food options within walking distance or driving. Rooms were very clean. Customer service was great. Pool wasnt the largest but good enough for the size of the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Utica.
We had a great experience. Tasha at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The staff were top notch! Our room was ready early, that was a big relief. We were there for our granddaughters graduation and family members were staying all over utica. None of their hotels were as nice as ours. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was great. Definitely worth it. We will return there again when we come visit.
This is our 4th stay at this Homes2Suites by Hilton Utica. Great rooms and great staff. Shout out to Tasha! So friendly!
Had great service, no issues. Room was quiet. Had great conference room service. A very enjoyable place.
