We were very disappointed with our stay. We had booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but upon arriving at 10:00 PM after a long drive, we were told the only room available had one king bed and a sofa bed due to a maintenance issue. Unfortunately, no one contacted us in advance to inform us or give us the option to make other arrangements.
