I stay in Hiltons pretty regularly and chose this property because the location and brand are usually a safe bet. The hotel itself was great—clean rooms, comfortable bed, and the common areas were well maintained. Everything you’d expect from a solid Hilton stay was there. The one downside was the staff. Check-in and other interactions throughout the stay felt a bit cold and somewhat unwelcoming. Bella at the front desk was friendly. She made fresh coffee and hot water for tea when we checked in. There was an Indoor pool (no hot tub), exercise room and laundry room. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, apartment sized refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher... No direct access from I-22, but easy to get to with maps.
Nice sized, one bedroom suite. Very quiet on the fourth floor! Nice Peleton bike in exercise room. The barn sliding bathroom doors are awkward and didn’t provide total privacy as they didn’t close shut. Pullout mattress was disgustingly stained and should have been replaced, but apparently, they don’t have extra ones in inventory. Maintenance took it upon himself to provide a roll-out cot at least and reprogrammed bedroom’s TV so we were at least able to use it for one out of our two nights.
