This hotel is recently remodeled and it is fabulous! Our room was clean and spacious, staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was great! My kids loved the pool because it was warm and a decent size. If we come back to Thunder Bay, we're gonna stay here. Even if it is across the city from all the spots we enjoyed visiting, having a welcoming home base to come back to is worth it!
I had a great stay here and will continue to stay here. Staff are so nice and friendly go above an beyond to actually interact with their guests. Every one is always smiling. Good breakfast selection Coffee and water available 24/7 And it's clean. Hannah is awesome she was at the desk when I arrived and checked out very nice. I will stay here every time I come for work now
Lovely hotel with amazing service from all staff.
Stayed here because of the park and fly and the shuttle, no shuttle available on the way there it was full and on the way back no shuttle. Very disappointed, will consider other hotels before this one.
First time staying here and I'm blown away!
