Horrible customer service. If you are looking for a shuttle don’t depend on them!
I would give no stars, but that isn't an option. Customer service absolutely horrible! God forbid you ever have to make a cancellation, they will back peddle, yell over top of you and degrade you. I am now out over $800 because they refuse to cancel and refund me the room..
Way over priced. 300 plus for a night. Won't clean rooms daily. The cleaning is bad. See the pics. Then talked to manager via email. No response. Hotel did nothing. And if u try to check out early they still charge you for the next couple days. Check their cancelation policy and other reviews. The Hilton point system sucks too. I was there over a month and got just one night at the lower end Hiltons. And its like half a night of a decent one.
