Really like this place.
I checked in at 4:30 to find someone's bag in my room ( I am a female- and was traveling alone). I confirmed with the front desk that no one else had keys to my room and whoever stayed in room the night before had checked out- which they confirmed. My room was double booked. When the person (male traveling alone) came to my room at night (where he still thought his bag was) his keys would not work so he went and asked for help. Beware!!! Do not book this property for game day. Their policy, which is not clear on the app, is to prebill you. The app says you have a date or in my case 14 days to change or cancel. That is completely false. You can cancel but you will loose your deposit that you never authorized to begin with. Beware.
