Yes the service and customer service was absolutely amazing thanks to Nancy the host at entrance and supervisor west I love it
Had a reservation discrepancy that was promptly resolved by Rodrigo and his team. Their exceptional service was instrumental in addressing the matter. Having traveled over seven hours for this business trip, I greatly appreciated their assistance.
Spacious room. Although using a partial curtain splitting the room and calling a two room suite is an exaggeration. Bedding and pillow need renewal.
