This was a really comfortable stay. The room felt clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, which made it easy to settle in and relax. Everything felt simple, functional, and easy to use, which matters when you’re traveling. The staff was friendly, calm, and welcoming, and the overall environment felt quiet and well maintained. It felt safe, predictable, and easy to navigate, which makes a big difference when you’re away from home. It’s a great option if you value comfort, clarity, and a low-stress hotel experience.
Nice layout. Staff was friendly. Room smelled like smoke and people on the hallway were definitely smoking. Not sure if the hotel staff can do much about it but it definitely had a big negative impact on my stay.
This is a good Hilton property, but it is showing its age. Some spots on the hallway rugs. Rooms were very clean. Service was friendly. We stay here regularly when visiting the Providence area. Easy access to all Providence areas. As of 12/2025, some items still in disrepair. Our room has an adjoining room and the door doesn't close right. The sliding bathroom door is very hard to operate.
