Super clean, front desk delightful, big rooms, central location close to I5 a mall an other services
The highlight of this trip was most definitely Yolanda and her brother. They are such high quality people and they really do care about the guests. This is my second time here and they made an impression on me both times. The first time was just the caring they showed others and this time I overslept my alarm but between the two of them they got me to the airport in time. Writing this review while I’m still checked in at the hotel! The ladies working the day shift during check-in were very welcoming and friendly, and the gentleman on the night shift is great — he’s been checking in regularly to make sure my family and I are doing okay. This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in all my hotel stays. The rooms are spacious, and the location is great! We’ll definitely be booking here again.
