Work always puts us here and I’m happy they do! I’m always happy when we have a layover in Seattle because of this hotel. Clean, spacious rooms, and great breakfast! Vernon is the man (even though he’s a Blue Jays fan 😜), very helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!
Nice room. We stayed in a room with two beds and pullout couch. Comes in handy traveling with a family. The room comes with kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Lighting was lacking in the room. Even with all of them on, the room was not well lit. I missed not having an in room safe but it's definitely not a deal breaker. Do not recommend booking. They do not offer refunds and will charge just to reschedule. They will however waive your cancellation fee to cancel with no refund. Checked Expedia and the price was the same for the day I desired to rebook but was told I would be charged $236 more. A complete rip off. Take your business elsewhere.

Had a truly terrible experience here. I’m a traveling ER doctor and I flew in for work last night, didn’t get a chance to check in because the hospital was in crisis so I stepped off the plane and went straight to work all night. I got off at 6a and went to check in (not even 24 hours past the start of check in time) and was told that since I was a no show they cancelled the reservation.
