I rated this experience a 1 because the front desk staff is not friendly! Also need more training in customer service, their demeanor & body language was not welcoming. I won't even mention the run around about the manager asking me why I did not have my physical credit card, when all she had to say was we accept digital forms of payment. But they were more interested in making sure I endured a 2 hour delay checking in. Never again ! Thank you for not HONORING YOUR HILTON HONORS. A really nice room with a fridge was awesome ! The breakfast waffles were fire too!
The customer service couldn't have been better! The room was clean, spacious and, comfortable. The water was hot for showering (unlike some other hotels). Beds had enough blankets to actually keep warm at night. The pillows were perfect!
