Do not accept room 126 unless you are ok with listening to the elevator consistently. The sleeper sofa could also use upgraded or replaced. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was lacking in quality and variety even for continental hotel breakfast, NO alternative milks, yogurt, flavored creamer, etc.. The only gripe I have about the stay we had, was the airport shuttle (or lack thereof). I booked on my credit card app travel site and under the amenities it listed “airport shuttle”, which was the main reason I booked it. Good thing I called on my layover in Denver because the employee told me they in fact did NOT have a shuttle. I was able to adjust my rental car reservation in the meantime. But once we got there I saw a nice big airport shuttle van so was extra confused. Apparently that airport shuttle van is only for air... read more
Our experience was great. We had privacy. great amenities. And most importantly Very kind staff Jaleel was AMAZING I have witnessed guests my whole stay ask crazy questions like “if the elevator went all the way to the 4th floor”. I have also seen the employees deal with absolutely horrible guests with a smile. (Reminder to the public, THIS IS A HILTON not a Ritz Carlton please remember YOU picked the affordable option. What a disappointment! Hilton converted this hotel from some other brand and it falls short of other Home 2 Suites. As an Honors member I have come to expect more. Charging for parking is ridiculous. Neighborhood is questionable
