Amazing, kind hospitality. Nicole at the front desk is amazing, professional and kind. She swiftly took leadership and used her problem solving skills to help us work through an issue with our mobile app and checking in, all with my kids, who were antsy from our roadtrip. I am extremely disappointed with Hilton. My confirmed booking from June 23 to June 28 was canceled at the last minute, despite being made through a reputable travel agency. This feels like a blatant attempt to rip off customers during the World Cup period, when demand is high and prices are inflated. Canceling on guests without warning or alternatives is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and respect. I will never trust Hilton again and strongly advise others to avoid them if they value reliability.
I do NOT recommend booking a room at this hotel. My wife and I booked a room for June 24-27 of this year through the Hilton app only to be emailed a few weeks later by the GM (Nicole Candland) to inform us that they needed to either rebook us at a higher price point ($100/night more) or cancel our reservation. In a quite area with nicer views. Has an indoor pool that is nice and clean. Rooms are standard with a key card for the lights (first room I've ever seen with that). You do have to pay to park and that is annoying. Staff was fine.
The beds were horrible- you can feel the springs. Stayed in 2 rooms and both beds were bad. My back is so messed up after my stay. Also they charge you for parking and its in the middle of nowhere.
