Management is not interested in fixing problems. Despite repeated requests, best we had was luke-warm water for showers, and we were not alone. I noticed things that didn't work well in the breakfast area, didn't get fixed. CLEARLY A POORLY MANAGED HOTEL.
I am attending a work conference. Blisters on my ankles!!! Sariana at the front desk saved me!!! Band-aids, antiseptic, and pain relief gel!!! What a sweetheart!!! Thank you so much!!! Will recommend to all!!! 5 Stars!
I came in from an early and long flight from South Florida. Maryann greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely attentive from the moment I stepped into the lobby. My room was not ready as I landed earlier than expected, but Maryann offered to have them expedite cleaning of the room and then offered for the hotel to keep my bags so I could go ahead and enjoy the weather and great food.
