I was so disappointed in this Hilton. Its located in the high end of Scottsdale and close to Medieval Times, Odysea aquarium, Casino and Old Scottsdale, and that and the rate were its only good points. My husband and I stayed there June 19-21 and stayed in the king room. It was roomy with a couch, that I refused to sit on due to all the tiny white specs all the cushions that caused me to itch. The bathroom was mice minus the huge crack in the shower that caused the paint over it to crumble off. The AC was old, right by the b... read more
Stayed here for a couple days while on vacation in the area. The hotel was very nice and in a great location.
Great place for a Scottsdale Visit.
Great Hotel! Great Associates!! We would like to give Kudos to Rob. Rob was our first impression of the atmosphere of this hotel and experience with this hotel. All the associates are very friendly, but we have developed a great relationship with Rob. He was very interested in where we were from. Answered all our questions. We recently stayed at a Home2 Suites and were very disappointed with our check-in experience. We booked our stay well in advance, and the hotel clearly stated that check-in begins at 4:00 PM. After a long drive with both a toddler, newborn and a teenager in the car, we arrived shortly after 4:00 expecting our room to be ready — only to be told it was “not ready.” We then had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before finally receiving our room keys.
