Crystal was super kind & helpful with our check in process. We are enjoying our stay.
Diamond Review - The customer service was to Hilton standards. The room was laid out well, the bed was very uncomfortable. It had a plastic cover over the entire mattress, that didn’t fit it well. The tv was very dark and you are unable to adjust the screen brightness. The AC works very well.
