Rooms are clean, pool was super clean even through rainy weather. Maintenance was on duty even on the weekends. I thought my freezer wasn’t working but i had it in the wrong setting William was super helpful and nice. I will definitely recommend staying here the outlets were 5 mins away. Airport 15 mins away.
As a Hilton Diamond member who averages 150 nights a year in a Hilton, I have expectations for the brand, even the more budget-friendly ones. This Home2 Suites fell shockingly short across the board. At 6:30 AM, there was no breakfast at all, the breakfast area was completely closed and dark, even though breakfast starts at 6:00. At the same time, the lobby coffee bar was out of cups so no coffee either. The hotel is in poor condition.
