Friendly staff. However, there were issues checking in and checking out.
The pool was not open, and we were not informed of this until we arrived. We were originally told it was open. Our room was not as clean as expected, particularly the bathroom. During our three-day stay, the cleaning team was hesitant to vacuum our room due to our child spilling a bag of chips. They also only checked in on us once. Honestly, I wouldn't book here again.
Outdated and run down. Had to pay for parking, which despite the hotel claiming is super obvious when booking neither me or my wife caught that. Not a huge deal but kinda an eye roll when the parking lot is empty. Breakfast was fine, rooms felt dirty. Not the kind of dirty you can really put your finger on why, it’s just a yucky feeling. Stuff like stains, wrinkled sheets, poorly repaired walls, just below standard for Hilton. Glad we were only there for one night.
