Front desk staff were amazing — friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the breakfast attendant’s behavior was blatantly discriminatory. She was warm, smiling, and overly accommodating to Caucasian guests, even offering to make their waffles. When my partner and I (both people of color) interacted with her, she gave us attitude, avoided eye contact, and didn’t respond when I said “thank you.” It was obvious we were treated differently because of our skin color, and that’s unacceptable.
Very nice hotel clean rooms and fancier rooms spacious as well people up front I talked to were all nice and the breakfast was actually a real breakfast had so many selections warm food cold food milk everything you want basically in 1 spot pool area is also nice no complaints at all besides the traffic near by but that’s flordia for ya
