The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating to my requests
I was very unsatisfied with the room. the 1 King Suite. As soon as we stepped in the room for the first time, we heard the bedroom fire alarm was chirping. Like it was low battery. I went back down to the front desk to tell them. When they sent someone to look at it, they kept setting off the very loud and annoying alarm, scaring my child. To make matters worse, they changed the battery in the wrong alarm, they did the one in the living room. They had to leave and come back again to fix the one in the bedroom.
