My recent stay at Home2 Suites was comfortable overall, but I did experience some issues that left me disappointed. The provided in-shower amenities were confusing, as body lotion was placed where one would expect conditioner, which created an unpleasant experience. More concerning, a personal skincare item went missing from my room during my stay. While the staff was polite, these incidents impacted my trust in the property. I visit SF one week per month for work, and the Home2 has been my preferred stay for a couple of years now. The rooms and some common areas are starting to show a little age, but I still love the size of the rooms, full kitchen, revolving hot breakfast, patio, comfy beds, and helpfulness of the staff.
