I woke up to a bunch of ants in the bed and saw a few on the counters! I told front desk and they did a ‘full room clean’ but came back and still found a few in my bed. They clearly have a larger issue with ants that they aren’t dealing with.
During our stay in Sept 2025, I found the rooms to be spacious and well-appointed, with amenities exceeding those of many comparable hotels. Unfortunately, the positive impression was overshadowed by a serious issue. Despite the lobby and guest rooms appearing clean, my family discovered bed bugs in our room (Room 216). My parents unknowingly slept in the bed and only became aware of the infestation after observing bugs crawling on them beneath the sheets. This was both distressing and unacceptable.
