The receptionist didn’t even care to say “hi” to us. I have never seen receptionist that unkind before.
My room’s rug was covered in pet hair and was not cleaned, even though I did not use the “Do Not Disturb” sign.
I had a lovely stay at Home2 Suites! I checked in with my family around the evening, and were instantly welcomed with hospitality and generosity! They gave us water and a Rice Krispy treat , and our room was spacious, filled with amenities, and clean! I am pretty sensitive in terms of fabric texture, but the bed blankets were soft and cozy, which deserves a 100 from me!
