Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. I especially loved the size of the room along with the fridge and all the useful items provided. The location was very convenient with ample parking available, which made everything easy. The gym and pool were both a nice bonus and well kept. Overall, a very comfortable experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
On the weekends, this is a frat house for kids in travel sports. The front desk staff is great and friendly. The breakfast lady is fantastic and works every single day, including holidays. The guy I think is the head of maintenance is always smiling and working. The cleaning ladies are terrible. They were so mad every time we said yes to cleaning service. I booked this hotel mainly because it advertised EV charging, which was an important reason for choosing this property. Unfortunately, the charger was essentially unusable — after being plugged in all night, my vehicle only charged 1%, which was extremely disappointing and affected my travel plans the next day. If a hotel promotes EV charging as an amenity, the chargers should actually work, or guests should be informed in advance if there is an issue. This is very important for electric vehicle travelers.
Always a good experience at Home 2 Suites by Hilton.
