Great generously sized room with a kitchenette. Terrific breakfast.
Only because they don't let you do zero stars Daniel was so rude and nasty to our group. I don't know what his problem was but our rooms where not ready and he had rhe nastiest attitude towards us asking about compensation since our rooms where not ready. Will also be contacting corporate. A simple I understand and apologize but we are unable to do that would have been a better response.
We had some work done on our home and we're unable to stay. We never get a room close to home. It's always on vacation, but I thought to be nice to the kids we would look for somewhere with an indoor pool close to home to get over being out of our home for a few days for the project to be completed. There was a horrible misunderstanding between my bank and their processing and I'm not even going to get into that ordeal, but the place was extremely nice. Bed was very comfy.
