I wouldn't give it the one star!!!! They never have our room ready when we come thru twice a yr. But we sat here and watched customer after customer check in and go to a room but ours was paid ahead and checked in ahead. I would not go here if you are depending on them to have a room.

While the location is very good with lots of restaurants nearby, this has to be the most filthy hotel I've ever seen. Our first room had crumbs everywhere and all kinds of hair in the shower. The front desk tried to make it right but the outcome was the same for the next 2 rooms we saw with one of them having crusty sheets. The hotel also had a really weird smell. We usually love staying at Home2Suites properties when we travel, however this location fell far below our expectations for the Home2Suites brand. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the room was subpar. The room was dirty when we first walked in. The couch was stained. The pillows were stained. The lampshades were dirty. The few dishes in the room were dirty. The lock on our room door was broken. The bathroom door lock was also broken. The wheels on the table/desk fell off when we tried to move it to eat dinner.
