Kids rumming the place with no customers service
Waited an additional hour for room to be ready. Front desk clerk was not very helpful. Additional guest were offered complimentary water bottles, I was not.
It's quite relaxing and spacious. The gym is clean and the complimentary breakfast is phenomenal.
TV remote and channel guide was cumbersome, but everything else was perfect. Great staff, clean place, flawless internet. Didn't use the gym or pool so I can't speak to those. Didn't eat breakfast but it looked good.
