Good hotel overall, but there’s literally never anyone at the front desk. Checking in, I sat and waited for 30 minutes for someone to arrive. The cleaning staff were present and tried helping but couldn’t find anyone either. Same story happened almost daily - I received packages often and it was a pain to find someone working here to help me. This hotel used to be my go to when traveling to Reno for work because it’s in a good location next to a mall with lots of dining options within walking distance. However, my last stay will never have me coming back. First I got in around midnight and I found hairs in both the beds indicating the sheets weren’t changed. I asked for another room which had no running water to the sink and missing tile baseboard so maintenance is not a priority.
