Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. Rude front desk agent when asking for early check in/late checkout (same agent on 2 different days). Power was out for 2 + hours so had to be let into my room at 4 pm. No big deal. 5:30 or so the power comes back on. I get a call to come down and check in. I do so and pay for the room. Clean and well located. Mall and strip malls nearby. Easy to navigate. Decent little kitchenette. Will definitely repeat

Front desk receptionist was nice and accommodating when my first rooms A/c didn’t work. She immediately put me in another room. The 3rd floor hallway felt like a sauna walking through it and smelled of mildew. The room was clean but the a/c unit rumbled like I’ve never heard one sound and this was the new room with it working. Just for a newer hotel in the area I was surprised at the rundown feel of the hotel already. Staff though was great.
