This hotel was absolutely horrendous. Everything seemed to be broken. There were fans in the hallways and humidifiers In the room. Seems like it had recently been exposed to water damage. The rooms were musty and there was mold everywhere. The only positive thing about my stay was that the house keeping staff was very friendly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Clean rooms. The only issue is the Digital Check-in and Key does not work. I've stayed in this hotel 3 times already. The desk clerk said we needed to check-in in person. This defeats the purpose of Digital check-in.
This hotel has a humidity and mold problem. When I told the front desk I needed to switch rooms because you could see mold growing in mine they were not surprised. The second room was a little better. There was so much moisture in the air the fixtures by the bed had surface rust on them. If it wasn’t so late when I arrived I would have switched hotels.
Great place went here for company vacation.
Whenever we came to Corpus Christi, every other month, we stay at this portland Home2. Staff are nice, professional and helpful. Pam, the general manager, is very friendly, helpful and professional. It is always felt like home. The rooms are clean, nice and tidy: smelling good with white linens. Instead of paying higher prices for Corpus Hotels, I highly recommend staying at Home2, with spacious room, mini kitchenette with utensils and FREE laundry.
