Taking a star off the room for unclean shower stall and hair in drain. Otherwise- great place and location!
I stayed here on a business trip and, honestly, I don’t even care about anything else because the customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff working during the day were at least somewhat polite, but the people at the front desk during the night and early morning were the worst. Whenever I asked them anything, they would keep watching videos on their phones, talk to me like I was bothering them, and not actually do anything to help. And the worst part was the room cleaning. I have been a Hilton Honors Member for many years...currently Silver, but as high as Diamond in the past. The Home2Suites has ended that. We were charged erroneously for smoking in our room (which we do not smoke) at midnight one evening (while we were sleeping) due to some super secret sensor they have installed in the rooms. The management advised us to address with Hilton Corp, which I did and was told it would be taken care of.
