The Home2 Suites by Hilton in Petaluma California is one of the best hotels I've stayed at! It was easy to book through my Hilton Honors app and the price was reasonable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Calvin and Brian who were very friendly and professional and the parking is free and plentiful. Kristin was the magician who was able to cancel the Hilton Honors number created in error by AI when we booked our reservation in Petaluma, and move the reservation to the correct Hilton Honors account. This was after spending 40 minutes on the phone with Hilton Honors without success. Now we are able to see our upcoming reservation under our Hilton Honors account!
Kristin and her amazing personality makes a world of difference when dealing with a difficult situation. She is fantastic and truly understands how to take care of her guests.
