More important than almost anything is feeling safe and welcome during our stay. The bartender (Shannon) ruined our experience completely, to the point where we had to call the police and file a report. Screaming at 4 years old for coming near the pool table- which is located extremely close to the exit and hard to avoid- and yelling at guests outside to smoke away from the fireplace because the natural gas is leaking were only a few of the ways she made sure that everyone was uncomfortable around her and the area.
