Location and rooms are decent, I think there's only one individual who works there actually cares about his job, everyone else seemed indifferent and at times, did not care. Don't expect much from anyone if you stay here, this customer experience is a strong argument for AI and automation taking over.
Really disappointed with the level of service, morning breakfast and coffee station refreshes. 5 day stay and service continued to get worse during the stay. Bottled milk by the end of the stay was just fat free, yogurt station leaked and did not work two of the days, warm food offerings was sub par. Coffee was not consistently refreshed. We been here since Tuesday July 15 staying until Tuesday July 22nd. The service ppl at the desk has been absolutely TRASH besides Arnest the youngman that works nights. They said to request cleaning and I did and for some reason room 327 don't make it to the housekeeping list. I am getting pissed. We been here for 5 days and no cleaning service.
