Good morning, thank you for acknowledging our concerns since our last visi/review. We have since returned to home 2 suites in owning mills. This experience was 100% better . Mr. Howard, GM listened to our complaints, concerns and apologized and stated that this is not how home 2 suites wants you to feel whole staying at their establishment. We agreed. I stayed here because Iam in between housing issues. I stayed here from 8/29-10/04. Woke up on Monday and a withdrawal of $767.00 was taken out my debitcard. I already spent over $4,000 of my own$$. The next day another $252.00 was taken out also. Went to speak to the manger about this situation. " He said this is for the extra taxes for your stay. And also this is how hotels run. Front desk person, Heidi was extremely helpful and customer oriented. She was very professional and responsive. Manager, Brian was helpful also.
Very clean and friendly
