Two weeks ago, management responded graciously to my comments about a less-than-pleasant experience I had 8 months prior. No funds or inducements were offered - just a sincere apology and a commitment to do better. It was that response that moved my wife and I to return, and I am overjoyed that our decision was a good one. If you enjoy the smell of marijuana throughout the entire property and like people yelling at all hours of the night, this is the hotel for you. Otherwise, I suggest you find another place to stay.
Breakfast was good, rooms clean and spacious
From the greeting at check-in to out, this place feels like, smells like, is like, home. Thank you Heidee for your attentiveness. If I have to critique something, the breakfast menu lacks non-dairy and vegan options...The bathroom doors could use hooks (the hooks in my room where over the toilet)... But guess what? This place is STILL a win!
Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. Breakfast area was clean and very good. Front desk was always kind. Only complaint was house keeping did not clean every other day and did not fill up shower soap. Also some guest had halls smelling like weed.
