Location and rooms are decent, I think there's only one individual who works there actually cares about his job, everyone else seemed indifferent and at times, did not care. Don't expect much from anyone if you stay here, this customer experience is a strong argument for AI and automation taking over.
Really disappointed with the level of service, morning breakfast and coffee station refreshes. 5 day stay and service continued to get worse during the stay. Bottled milk by the end of the stay was just fat free, yogurt station leaked and did not work two of the days, warm food offerings was sub par. Coffee was not consistently refreshed. Surprisingly, the weekend coffee was cold at 5 am, 6am and 7 am. Friday night here was chaotic. 2 am seemed like the Olympics were taking place in the halls and rooms on our floor.
