Ive stayed here 3 times, and only during my initial stay have I receive hospitality. Yesterday I had a reservation, since I didn't check in by a certain time and they tried to charge my card before I arrived and it was rejected my reservation was canceled (I only move money to a spend account when I am going to spend it). They also threatened to charge me because they canceled my reservation in an email. I received 2 phone calls from an unknown number and no voicemail. Stay here regularly for work. Lyle (GM) and his team always are so personable! Ellysia, Heidi and Helena are the normal staff and always remember myself and our work colleagues. Definite recommend a stay!
Noise all night long. Dog barking at 6:30am. Trash all over the parking lot including used diaper! No manager business card available and zero courtesy offered from desk rep.
