Canceled future stays due to consistently rude and unprofessional front desk day staff. The hotel itself is fine, but the attitude at the front desk makes it not worth returning. Hospitality matters. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Jay is an absolute professional whom made me feel very happy I stopped here. He went out of his way to greet me, answer all my random questions, make me feel important and offered me two free waters. He was a very delightful person to encounter today as my day was long with travel. You have a great employee whom deserves a raise and Christmas bonus. Dont lose this gem! Way to go Jay!
